I’m still a work in progress like this blanket. I’m still a work in progress like this blanket.

The Hobbi yarn took a minute to get here, and my schedule pulled me away at times. But I’m still chipping away at this pattern in progress.

This block is the trinity stitch. It’s a fun, simple pattern of single crochets, sc3tog, and chains. Pro tip: make sure you have some loose tension on this one.

In love with this blankets brightness and textures ☀️

Weaving in ends isn’t my favorite part, but it’s part of the process.

In fact, it’s my least favorite. With big projects, it feels never ending.

But this way is a bit satisfying to watch. Now back to my 1000 ends that need weaving.

Accepting recommendations to make this end quicker haha

Happy Friday 💛

Matching autumn headbands for my little one and me Matching autumn headbands for my little one and me 🧡

Being able to make her something with my hands is a gift I never want to take for granted.

This project wasn’t completely filmed, because it was for us. And I needed that.

Here’s the breakdown:

I started by chaining the length of our heads, picking a stitch with the right multiple, and working the height. Then I joined with a twisted seam to finish the headband.

For the twist, I folded each end into a “V” shape, interlocked them, and sewed the edges together. Turn it inside out. Then, bam, a beautiful headband. Well, after weaving in those ends 😅

If you want a reference video, I’d be happy to make one.
